Aygen Training is a language training facility based in Grasse, France, specialising in English language
training for businesses and professionals.
“My business was growing significantly, and I was juggling my own training sessions with clients with
liaising with my freelance teachers and all the administrative demands of running the business. I felt
like I was drowning in admin and struggling to keep up with it all, and I had also recently signed up
for the Qualiopi audit, which meant I really needed to get everything in order.
Vicky came on board as a freelance VA in May and over the course of the last six months has
become invaluable. We are taking on new clients on a weekly basis and the onboarding process is
now completely streamlined. Vicky liaises with the teachers regularly, monitoring training hours
and supporting them as required, as well as sending out course evaluations and dealing with the end
of course admin. Many of these processes were simply not happening beforehand and I now feel
confident that the “back end” of the business is running smoothly, giving me time to spend with my
clients, to grow my business as well as ensuring the teachers are receiving the support they require.
